Refunds are available if you cant attend the scheduled event of purchase. Refunds or cancellations musy be no later then the day of the event to receive a full refund or a in house creditwill be issued.
Computers must be picked up 15 minutes before Regular games begin or a refund or a in house credit will be issued. We will not hold computers 15 minutes prior to regular games begin on Advance reservations (No Exceptions).
